Apparajakkha
There are beings with little dust in their eyes. They’re in decline because they haven’t heard the teaching.
Santi sattā apparajakkhajātikā, assavanatā dhammassa parihāyanti.

appa = little
rajas = dirt
akkha = with eyes

It means people can understand dhamma if taught and save themself from suffering
I may be slow learner but im at least learning...
