The thing is the book by itself? not sure.
It does not get into a discussion of meditation, but raises issues. It helped (to read his other books, such as "The Twilight Language" etc).
The thing that really opened my eyes was his comment that he was dissatisfied with the prevalent methods of meditation within Theravada.
It is something that always baffled me, why no one raised that issue. The points he raise about 8-fold path are food for thought. I can see why a need arose for a tenfold path, over time.
