Science is not static, it isn't written in stone, scientists find new information all the time and change their recommendations. This isn't new, or even unusual.

Not only the doctors, but the dentist is also the agent of drugs and component-making companies.
I had bleeding gum problems for about 20 years.
I went to a dentist and he said that he has to do deep cleaning which will cost about the equivalent of USD 2000
Then I went to another dentist he is a very spiritual man.
He said he can fix that for $2.00 if I have no objection to unconventional treatment which other dentists object to.
I agreed and he did a general cleaning and just took some 3% Hydrogen Peroxide and apply to the bleeding gum.
The bleeding stopped the next day.
Now I use HP for many other issues.
Doctors will never prescribe HP because it cos only USD 2.00

If you rely on Youtube just experiment only with natural products which you know for sure it is not going to harm you.
Please note 10% HP burns the skin and never uses it.
