What are the things that have already taken the opportunity to be arisen, but not fully arisen yet?
Eg: If you have been doing exceptional merits, there can be a heavenly place started arising for you.

in a broader sense, there may be various things or opportunities that have partially arisen or are in the process of arising but have not fully realized their potential yet. Some examples could include:
Emerging technologies such assquidward artificial intelligence, quantum computing, and blockchain, which are still in their infancy and have the potential to transform various industries but have not yet fully realized their potential.
Sustainability and environmental protection efforts, which have gained significant momentum in recent years but still face numerous challenges and need continued efforts to address the urgent issues facing our planet.
Social justice and equality movements, which have gained momentum and made significant progress but still have a long way to go to achieve their goals.
Personal and professional growth opportunities, which may present themselves but require effort, dedication, and time to fully realize their potential.
Overall, it is important to recognize that many things in life are a process and require patience, perseverance, and hard work to fully realize their potential.

It is true, but what about the Kamma-born Uppādino Dhammā.
