Deeper meanings of the Maha Mangala Sutta, Karaniya Metta Sutta, and Rathana Sutta
Deeper meanings of the Maha Mangala Sutta, Karaniya Metta Sutta, and Rathana Sutta
I have come across explanations of these suttas but the commentaries seem to be referred to as 'standard (or mundane)' by some. My investigations have shown that there are deeper meanings (or supramundane meanings) given to these suttas. For example, Meemure Dhammawasa Thero has two sermons (unfortunately in Sinhalese) as follows: 1. Deeper meanings of the Karaniya Metta Sutta ( 2. Deeper meanings of the Rathana Sutta ( These make good sense and are insightful. I was wondering whether anyone has across anything connected with the Maha Mangala Sutta that provides a deeper explanation taking a supramundane approach. If so, I would appreciate any leads. Thanks.

Sorry in advance, I just want
to add insight. Thank You
The Great Chronicle of Buddhas:
(1) Ratana-suttaṃ has power covering
one hundred thousand crore universes.
This Suttaṃ helps in the process of
penetrating Magga-Phala Ñāṇa and
attaining Nibbāno by five hundred
and eighty eight thousand humans,
gods, and brahmas.
(2) Manggala-suttaṃ also has immense power
beyond one hundred thousand crore universes.
Countless people, gods, and brahmas succeeded
in penetrating Magga-Phala Ñāṇa and attaining
Nibbāno because of listening to this Suttaṃ.
(3) Metta-suttaṃ is a sutta renowned for its power.
Its influence reaches over a hundred thousand crore
universes. This Suttaṃ has helped forest-dwelling
bhikkhus attain Arahantship, through the cessation
of āsavaṃ.
Parittā's power is extraordinary!
