Deeper meanings of the Maha Mangala Sutta, Karaniya Metta Sutta, and Rathana Sutta

Post by Calmone »

I have come across explanations of these suttas but the commentaries seem to be referred to as 'standard (or mundane)' by some. My investigations have shown that there are deeper meanings (or supramundane meanings) given to these suttas. For example, Meemure Dhammawasa Thero has two sermons (unfortunately in Sinhalese) as follows: 1. Deeper meanings of the Karaniya Metta Sutta ( 2. Deeper meanings of the Rathana Sutta ( These make good sense and are insightful. I was wondering whether anyone has across anything connected with the Maha Mangala Sutta that provides a deeper explanation taking a supramundane approach. If so, I would appreciate any leads. Thanks.
