Specific question about ordination
Hello i want to ask, i had a car crash years ago it was mostly My fault, but the other person has not asked me For any payment after 4 years, can i still ordain? Thank You

If nobody has asked you for payment then you don't have a debt.

There is a statute barred if it is a damage claim.
Perhaps it is now too late for him to make a claim on you.

I have like 5$ or 10$ level of loan from friends.. they didn't ask me but they might ask me in future I don't know.. can I still ordain? sometimes they pay for me when I don't have change for small stuffs
I may be slow learner but im at least learning...

Perhaps the debt here might means debts can cause litigation and or subject to punishment.
