never believe a westerner Dhamma unless he or she is ordained as monk in buddhism
Why not? I know lots of good lay teachers of Dhamma who are westerners.
example?
There are many of them in the Samatha Trust organisation in the UK. Excellent understanding of the Dhamma, superb teaching skills, and none of them monastics.

Just like monastics and people posting here, teachers in that tradition have produced a variety of different interpretations and explanations.

Do you have a favourite explanation that you compare things with? Perhaps different people need or at least prefer different explanations.

Are you asking me to give an account of how rebirth happens, from a teacher in the Samatha Trust?

They would probably give a number of different accounts, each according to their own individual understanding. That's exactly what monastics would do, which is why I find your exclusive reliance on monastics to be a bit puzzling in this context.

I can personally confirm this statement, having recently joined their group.
