How to gain energy

Hello every dhammawheel member around the world, i want to tell you how to regain strenght if you feel weak.

1-.To recover energy, in the morning you can drink a juice blend of fruits and vegetables, prepared in the blender, you can use whatever you have on hand and make sure you use all colors. For example strawberries or raspberries, spinachs, mango or pineapple, blueberry, lettuce, orange or carrot, celery, then add sugar to taste (can be splenda-stevia or honey if you are not diabetic), and some water, etc. Why with colors? because they have most of vitamins and minerals. You will feel energized and its better than taking vitaming complex pill. If you have left juice, you can freeze it and reuse it in the next morning.

2-.The second part of getting energy is to sunbathe 5-10 minutes a week, (more or less the time you feel is enough for your skin),in the morning when the sun is not strong, wherever you feel is proper, a window, your backyard, or go for a walk. This will give you energy, and its good for not getting ill, as it increases defenses, its like taking probiotics, or lactobacilli, its good for digestion, very good for health and its free.

3-.Eat dates, only if you are not diabetic.

#1 Need to throw in some good protein and good fat also: eggs, almonds, walnuts, some peanut butter, and avocado.

#2 5-10 mins per week won't cut it. Should be at least 15 - 30 mins a day (depends on your skin type, those in Northern Europe might need to spend less time for their skin pigment is more sensitive to sunlight compared to dark skin folks)
