Where are everybody?

Post by auto »

It seem 2012 was the peak when people were into spirituality. 2012 were a let down for many who hoped ascension. Does this nothing happening wearing people down or perhaps it was start of no age, dark passage? no handed down rapture nor body of light.

Forums are flattening. Aliens didn't come? sad life.

Many regular members will have been preoccupied recently with Christmas and New Year celebrations and holidays.

It could be that 2012 was just the beginning of a series of events.

it doesn't have to start exactly in 2013 or 2014 ..

or everything happens in a short space of time like 1 year or 2.

in 2020 things got really hot ...

2025 the Aliens can officially present themselves.

and in 2030 life can be much happier!

This forum is still pretty busy with about 80+ active topics over the last 7 days.

Google analytics figures for the last 30 days:

Almost 53,000 unique visitors, that means different people, not the same checking back in several times.

But in general, first world nations have become more secularized, that does seem to be a modern trend.

We were born many millions of years ago. We are travelling through samsara, with a birth every moment of citta. Our effort should be to shorten this samsara by good living following the Damma explained by Lord budda. Every experience with present here and now must be used. Appamado amatha padan , Panmado maccuno padan. Delay could be a reason for resentment

Interesting experience. If your experience would comply with reality then that would be evidence that I do not belong to "people".

One of the quality of 2012 people were they halted their lives for exchange of spirituality. I wonder what is the bread and butter of hope in 2021.

2020 should have brought lot of people into spirituality, but it seem no one has heard about devas warning about end times, so then people could practice jhana to get better birth.
Which bring me always to the notion of the cultivation topics are mistaken with real life, which has timescale of millions of years and sun has been doing only couple rounds around galaxy, i haven't yet made this clear for me how this all makes sense.

Yes, well 100 concurrent viewers in couple hours could be 2000 unique visitors, when it is on a popular place of traffic like youtube.

That's cool indicator. Maybe social networks to blame and crippling sensual intents. I wonder now what secularized means.
