Hi! I am new.

Post by Rhea »

I am from Turkey. 25 years old male. Very enthusiastic about meditation. I just love it. I like how it feels like. I like the theory, the practice etc.

I have been practicing since 4 years, but not regularly. I didnt meditate in the 3rd year. And i started meditating again seriously everyday in February 2022. I didnt experienced jhana yet. My concentration is beginner level. I want to ask questions about my practice but i am not sure which topic/forum i should choose.
Thank you.

Hello Rhea, and welcome to Dhamma Wheel! :anjali:

There are sections for General Meditation, Samatha, and Vipassana/Satipatthāna, so just pick the section that seems right. If it looks better in another setting, the moderators can just move it - don't worry about it!

Welcome!

:anjali:
Liberation is the inevitable fruit of the path and is bound to blossom forth when there is steady and persistent practice. The only requirements for reaching the final goal are two: to start and to continue. If these requirements are met there is no doubt the goal will be attained. This is the Dhamma, the undeviating law.
