Hi all,
I read one article about Thilon Sayadaw. In this they said about Thilon Sayadaw Mindfulness Meditation (Appamada Patipatti). Is it a different technique with Mahasi Sayadaw Insight Meditation? Would be great if someone could share his or her knowledge?
