I've found it so inspiring and profoundly true, hope it's appreciated.
With deep inner peace,
And great compassion,
Aspire daily to save the world.
But do not strive to achieve it.
Just do whatever comes naturally.
Because when aspiration is strong
And compassion blossoms,
Whatever comes most naturally,
Is also the right thing to do.
Thus you,
The wise compassionate being,
Save the world while having fun.

The lazy bodhisattva
Re: The lazy bodhisattva
Nice, I like it. I totally agree with not being too serious about one's practice. Usually at the beginning one is serious and then you find out it doesn't cause you to progress smoothly. A relaxed attitude and spacious mind are more supportive.
