I've seen effort in practice, right view, brings liberation.
Calm inside, deep in contemplation, continuous, day and night, for many days, that' is what can be seen.
Stop fermentations, see and contemplate. So sleep stops. Eating stops. Body stops. Mind stops.
Not easy to understand, but can be seen, holy life has been, may, is, could be, delightful, and is for the benefit of uncountable beings.
May all practice serious Dhamma with me today while i plan to undertake a retreat soon.
