Do disrobed monastics become “Slaves of the Sangha”?

Post by Johann »

Do disrobed monastics become “Slaves of the Sangha”? flowed outwardly by Upasaka James. Good to take it serious, yet not much can be really resolved by scholar (even selective in there researches.

It's how ever good to go here, out of compassion, further, as it is a matter of kamma, not that much of Sila. The issue of "free" use touches of course also lay people, likewise any unrepayed consume work for indebt. Like-a-like bond to DW and the Brahmans.

The real danger (life and progress is always indebting) lies within "Debts, but to whom?", which pays a large matter for this days generations in modern world, being for the most orphans adopted by states or other social networks.

This matter of debt, as well as wrong doing (going after gains) by using the Gems is a huge issue that nobody likes to touch. This nobody likes to touch is found at the trader-mind-sets of those strong engaged which are of course never be honest.

To expand the matter, which will certain case some not pleasing reactions is the often usual direct thieving from the heirs, the Gems, by disrobing.
The most for all clear case might be known by people ordaining, gaining whealth of the years and then disrobe and do their living with the donated in faith.

Another, not so clear manner, is when monks later decide to disrobe and start to try to gain for their restart as lay person.

The matter touches of course also knowledge and skills amassed while ordaining, and making later a living from it, has to be seen as thief as well. Many are those former monks who think more pleasure to make medi-teacher living.

One should be aware that many issues touch even downfall transgressions as well. That being the reason, in try to bridge the issue, many former-monk-teaches are very opposing toward the Sangha, and very famouse are found under them.

Because it's so common, the thieving from the Juwels this days of grave global wrong views, it's importand to reflect this matter with right view, abonding all ideas of "i have a right".

For many generation did and will day serve as slaves for monasteries, like Sujato will serve in his realm as slave of the "free consuming" crowd. Yet this is actually why at least a folk traditional large structure of 10.000 of monasteries in SEAsia arose, one time an impure monk, one time the serving orphan, or kitchen slave... not to speak of the pets and raised animal for food there...

May some smart and with eyes have a great and secure gain by it. for right choices.

(And yes, those running around telling "Dhamma" for free, are like common industries, cheater, it binds and indebts, right or painful stronger then anything else, is therefore able to serve as pull out of this mud)
