In jhana, once you develop abhinas, it stays for remainder of life term unless obstructed by heavy karma? Or every day one should attain jhana and develop it.. ?

Every conditioned Dhamma is subject to change including Jhana etc.
Only a Sotapanna and onwards do not degenerate due to an unconditioned state.

abhinna powers can be lost. there are a few tales in the texts of monks losing such abilities. Its basically the same as "meditators high". once you stop meditating intensively for a while it goes away. Only the enlightened (stream enterer or higher) have them at a stable state and cannot be regressed.
