Ordination to samanera Thailand

Hello people,

Would you know who can ordain me as a samanera in Thailand? I know the local boys get ordained by the abbot of the local temple, so no upayaja is required. Is any abbot sufficient, also for a foreigner like me? Or any senior monk? Or any monk?

Any monk who's been ordained for more than ten rains. Unlike with bhikkhu ordinations, the preceptor at a sāmanera pabbajjā doesn't need a license from the Thai state.
